Complaint of: vomit x 3 since yesterday evening
diarrhea x 2 this morning

Progress:
yesterday cooked spagetti for dinner, vomitted the first time while cooking.
then try 2 eat, but vomitted again after ate 2 spoons of spagetti, threw away d whole plate.

went to A&E department.
the staff asked me to pay rm30. i said i was d student here.
she said next time muz get "surat pengesahan" first.
really stupid law, where got sick ppl still got mood go2 get letter fr d office??

waited for 2 hours.
vomitted again.
finally met d doctor.
u guess wat was d first question he asked??

"kenapa tak pergi klinik luar dulu???"
fainted---i know my case was too small for A&E department..but where else i can go??this is d nearest walking distance hospital tat i can get... *sweat*

then d 2nd question---->>>
"kenapa tak terus minta ORS daripada kaunter??"
fainted again---if i can get without ur prescription..then sure i wil go ahead la dear doctor.

then d 3rd question--->>>
"jadi u rasa apa yang terjadi??"
ok...this 1 i know..tersalah makan.
my own diagnosis: acute gastroenteritis
most probably organism : bacillus cereus
most probably source: nasi beriani tat i ate for lunch..or mayb d sugarcane juice??

anyway...thx d nice doctor tat gave me MC..:)

then today,
woke up n wan2 cook porridge,
after ate 2 tablespoon of porridge,
then diarrhea 2 times... wuwuwu...wasted d whole bowl of food again..

dinner juz ate a bread,
luckily no vomit or diarrhea again..
god bless me..
d infection finally self-limiting....

2 operations in 1 day..

well...i should write this last week..but because of many many factors (busy and lazy hehe..)so postpone til today :P

actually nothing special..juz my first visit into Operation Theatre(OT)

1st operation: total parathyroidectomy (2.30 hrs)

- basically juz open an hole at d anterior part of d neck, then dig for the

parathyroid glands tat located at d posterior part of thyroid gland,

then remove all d glands lo...(total=4)...then implant a little bit of removed

parathyroid tissues into d arm there.

2nd operation: mastectomy with excision of axillary lymph nodes (2.00 hrs)

- erm...cut d left breast tat infiltrated by cancer and d axillary lymph node.

#this operation ended up with lots of bleeding but d patient was well now :)

^.^ overall, juz felt like watched 2 movies in 1 day.. but i think i wont become surgeon as they need 2 b really skillful and careful.. and i dun wan2 get osteoporosis (having backache even juz standed and watched at side... :"(

today..i wasted 3 hours to wait the "must see procedure-ERCP"..
finally the surgeon was stucked in the operation theatre and there was no one to come n perform the procedure..
quite pity to all the patients tat waited outside (they need 2 fast b4 the procedure)
nvm..nvm.. medical student life is just waiting and waiting..
wait for doctors..wait for procedures..wait for patients...
n i already be trained to become a very patient person ^.^

but..thanks god! i passed my last semester final exam!! quite relieved after i knowed my result hehe..(thanks my fren tat phoned me n my dear sushi king hehe..)

PS: going for movie this weekend!!! yeah!!!
